REBUILT is a sports and rehab focused chiropractic clinic in New Lenox, and the flagship of an integrated health and performance brand. We treat everyday patients like athletes and athletes like the professionals they are.

Every patient is treated using the REBUILT Method: our defined clinical framework for assessment, treatment, and progression from pain to performance.

This role fits you if:

Day to Day

What you will do, and what you will do it with.

Deliver chiropractic care
Assessment, adjustments, soft tissue work, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.
Build progressive rehab programs
Move patients from pain through to performance. Not just out of pain.

Guide treatment with objective testing
Real data behind every clinical decision. Demonstrate progress to patients in numbers, not vibes.

Coordinate hand-offs
Move patients into strength and conditioning with the REBUILT Performance team when they are ready for it.
Document and manage patients
Daily notes completed in Jane. We handle insurance credentialing for you.

Culture, patient education, team meetings. This is a small, tight team.
Who You Would Work With

Dr. Kyle Richmond, DC

Founder of REBUILT and, until now, the only clinician in the practice. Kyle works with athletes from middle school through the professional level, including athletes across the NFL, MLB, and MLS.

He is hiring an associate so the clinic can grow past one set of hands, which means mentorship here comes from the person who built the framework you would be using.

Compensation

Pay and benefits.

$75,000 to $95,000
Base salary plus production bonus tied to personal collections
Requirements

What we need to see.

Required
  • Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible Illinois chiropractic license
  • Able to work on site in New Lenox, IL, whether you are local or relocating
  • Legal authorization to work in the US, no sponsorship
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ownership of outcomes
Strongly Preferred
  • FRC or MDT certification
  • CSCS, DNS, dry needling, or a manual therapy cert (Graston, IASTM, ART)
  • DACBSP or CCSP
  • Athletic or coaching background
  • Experience with objective testing tools
  • Familiarity with Jane

All experience levels considered. What matters is demonstrated competence in rehab and return to play.
